A single-user mail briefing agent, run privately by its owner.
What this app does
Hermes Mail Digest is a personal automation that reads its owner's own Gmail inbox and
produces a short daily briefing: the messages that actually need a reply, an action, or a deadline,
with everything else filtered out. The briefing is delivered to the owner's private chat channel.
How it works
Access is granted by the owner through Google OAuth, for the owner's account only.
It runs on the owner's own private server. There is no hosted service and no multi-tenant platform.
It requests read access to Gmail, plus Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Contacts, all of which are
limited to the owner's own account and data.
It reads mail. It does not send, delete, archive, or modify anything unless the owner asks it to.
No data is shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party, and none is used for advertising.
One person: the account owner. This is a personal tool, not a product offered to the public, so there is
no sign-up, no user list and no service to subscribe to.
